Lanka Tides Retreat
November 8-16, 2025
Ahangama area, Sri Lanka
Where busy minds come to recharge and remember.
Welcome to Lanka Tides, a soulful escape on Sri Lanka’s serene southern coast. Designed for curious, conscious professionals, this is more than a holiday - it’s a reset.
Over 7 nourishing days (and 8 nights), we blend real rest with gentle growth. You’ll surf at sunrise, stretch into yoga by noon, and sink into connection, creativity, and calm by sunset. The flow is flexible — you choose your rhythm. Crave movement? Join for daily surf or yoga. Longing for stillness? Drift into Ayurveda, massage, journaling, or silent beach walks. There’s space for solitude and spark - and everything in between.
Each day is anchored in intention:
Mornings begin with yoga and/or surfing, and abundant breakfasts, thoughtfully prepared by a warm local family.
Afternoons are yours to play, reflect, or explore: after lunch you can book a massage, dive into an intimate workshop, or wander the surroundings.
Evenings offer sunset drinks, shared dinners, and optional wind-downs like breathwork, sound baths, or fireside conversations.
You’ll be held by a warm, international team and surrounded by a like-minded crew of thoughtful humans. Our hosts come from worlds like big tech, wellness and coaching — real people creating a rare space that’s authentic, non-commercial, and deeply welcoming. What’s included?

More about us
Lanka Tides was born from a real-life friendship, a spontaneous visit, and a shared love for soulful living.
A visit of a close friend became a shift in pace, and the quiet realisation that healing and recharging don’t have to be hard.
Sri Lanka offered something rare: a place where ancient wisdom lives in daily life. Where you can move from an Ayurvedic treatment to a sunrise surf, then rest in stillness under palm trees. It felt like a place where busy minds could finally exhale.
With roots in yoga, surfing, and holistic living, our international team came together to create something thoughtful and real — a retreat where each person can choose their own rhythm. Nothing is forced. Everything is offered with care.
This isn’t a performance or a prescription. It’s a space. For rest. For reconnection. For remembering who you are underneath the noise.
